The product itself was as advertised with no issues. My only criticism is of the ordering process. The reason I went with Jack's was they were the only vendor to offer the product "in stock" on their website. It was only after I paid that I received an email that the product was "out of stock" and my order would be delayed. Not something I would expect in the age of electronic inventory controls. Delivery dates are an important factor in choosing who to buy from.
