My EGO mower (2015 version) was failing to start. It wasn't completely dead but it tried to start and died in few seconds. When the blade was removed, then the motor would start as described in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TnxMegiCu_Y. The package came earlier than I anticipated and it only took about an hour and a half to replace the whole thing once the connections were identified. The whole package is modular and only needs soldering in one place. Everything else has harnesses with connectors. My EGO mower has come to life one again.
