I needed an oil gard low oil switch and woman taking order got order mixed up and sent off/on switch I immediately called and talked with an older male who knew exactly what I needed and waived the return on wrong switch and waived shipping on correct switch. This was the right thing to do and since I am a new customer, Jacks has a lifelong customer as the customer service is superb and agents can speak English that you can understand.
