The Pressure Washer Unloader is in charge of directing the flow of water in your pressure washer. When you squeeze the spray gun, the unloader valve opens to release water. When you stop spraying, the unloader valve closes and water is redirected (bypassed) back to the pump. This process prevents a constant buildup of pressure when water isn’t being released through the spray gun. If the pressure washer unloader fails, a secondary device called the balance relief valve will release the built up pressure. Replace the failing unloader before you start your pressure washer again, to prevent possible damage to other internal parts. Here at Jack's we have the unloaders and parts you need, including flow actuated unloaders, pressure actuated unloaders, and relief valves.
