Was an exact fit for the ST 224 snowblower and switched it out in 2 hours. The piece that broke is still made of plastic and would have thought they would have redesigned since it seems like an issue with a lot of stress on that point. Part did come earlier than first notified

Im rating this part as 5 stars as it was exactly what I needed and received within 4 days from order w the free shipping option. I don’t love the design but that’s on Husqvarna as I anticipate this part to break again with the most used moving parts (shifting lever and snow chute directional lever) being supported only by plastic.

Service was fine, the manufacturer was behind in filling orders. Jack’s kept me posted as to the status of the order. Overall Jack’s did an excellent job.
