Was the right part and shipped on time
What was most impressive was the knowledge and helpfulness of your service specialist who spent the necessary time to make sure I was ordering the correct part. Although this was not a large order he treated me as though I was spending hundreds of $'s. this part was broken on the generator when I bought it. After I changed the oil and spark plug, I started the engine only to find that it hunted no matter how you adjusted the carb. I figured the main jet musta had some crud in it, so I took carb apart and cleaned it using old guitar strings, then blew it out. I put it all back together and it runs like a charm.
Excellent process to send my order. These springs were hard to install, added instructions would have helped.
