Review:

Replaced the axle on my old ariens Rm-1330 mower. The replacement axle was almost identical except for the location of the hole for the cotter pin that holds on the hubcap bracket (and wheel). The new part had the hole for the cotter pin drilled about 2.5 mm further away from the end of the shaft. As a result I could not install the hubcap. Other than that the part fits.

Review:

I had to replace because the small end broke off(at LH wheel on older RER). It turned out that worn LH axle & bearings were worn causing this part to flex & fail because of metal fatigue. I replaced both axles & bearings to fix the problem. I gave it 4 stars because if it were perfect it would have been indestructible and would never break.
