What You Will Need:
- Mantis Deluxe Tiller
- Lithium Zero Grease
Step 1:
Remove Tines
Step 2:
Remove the transmission plate and gasket to see if the grease level reaches the grease flange
Step 3:
If it does not you will need to add lithium zero grease-Do not over fill!!
Step 4:
Wipe off any excess grease
Step 5:
Replace the transmission gasket and plate
Step 6:
Replace tines
Check your owner’s manual for exact information about changing the transmission grease, such as a maintenance schedule!
****Overfilling can lead to excess grease pressure which can cause seals to fail and the clutch to slip!!
