The spark plug on your snow blower should be easy to locate. It's usually right on the top of the unit or under a cover.
A spark plug is connected to the engine by the wire from the ignition system. It's a necessary part to check when servicing your snow blower.
If your engine has trouble starting, it may be caused by a faulty or dirty spark plug.
Changing the Spark Plug
1) Remove the Spark Plug Lead (Wire)
Carefully remove the spark plug lead (wire) from the spark plug.

2) Remove the Spark Plug
Use a spark plug socket to slowly remove the spark plug.

3) Install the New Spark Plug
Install the new spark plug, making sure it is properly seated. Don't over-tighten the spark plug, it may break.

After you've installed the new spark plug and reattached the lead wire, don't forget to test it. Start up your snow blower!
Replacing the spark plug on your snow blower is an inexpensive job. They're cheap and easy to change. If you haven't looked at your spark plugs lately, why not replace them, just to be safe?
