Sometimes you are going to need to change out the fuses in your lawn mower, fortunately, it is a very easy task.
Here's what to do!
Step 1:
- Make sure engine is cool
Step 2:
- Disconnect the spark plug wire
Step 3:
- Lift rear shield and remove grass bag
Step 4:
- Support the shield so that it remains open
Step 5:
- Remove the screws that hold the battery and fuse housing
Step 6:
- Peel off sealing tape
Step 7:
- Slide the housing out of the mower to access the fuse box
Step 8:
- Remove the old fuse with pliers and insert the new fuse
Step 9:
- Replace the housing
Step 10:
- Reinstall mounting screws
Step 11:
- Re-apply sealing tape or use duct tape
Step 12:
- Replace the mounting screws
Step 13:
- Remove the support from the shield
Step 14:
- Replace the grass bag
Step 15:
- Reconnect spark plug wire
