Catch the oil as it drains by placing an oil drain pan under the oil drain plug.

Drain the oil by loosening the drain plug with your socket wrench, making sure to catch it with the drain pan.
6) Reinstall Oil Drain Plug
7) Refill With New Oil
Place the funnel in the oil fill tube and fill with 5W-30 oil.
8) Check Oil Level
Check the oil level after refilling, as well as before and after every use. Check the oil level by looking at the oil dipstick.
9) Reinstall Oil Dipstick
Twist the oil dipstick back into the oil fill tube and clean up any excess oil.
10) Check for Leaks
Check for any oil leaks by starting the engine for a few minutes.
Conclusion:
By following an oil change schedule you can keep your snow blower running all winter long. Make sure to check your oil level before and after every use to make sure you have the correct amount to run your snow blower. Fill or change if needed.
