Jacks Small Engines Announces Campaign Drive with Be The Match Registry®

Jarrettsville, MD – February 24, 2012 – On any given day, more than 6,000 men, women and children are searching the Be The Match Registry for a life-saving donor. These patients have leukemia, lymphoma or another life-threatening disease that can only be treated by a bone marrow or cord blood transplant.

Jacks Small Engines is excited to announce that we have partnered with Be The Match and will be holding a Bone Marrow Registry Drive in conjunction with our Annual Open House on March 31, 2012. The Marrow Registry Drive will be between the hours of 9 am to 2 pm.

For many of these patients, a transplant may be the best and only hope of a cure. By supporting Team Jacks Small Engines you can make a difference in the lives of many. It costs approximately $100 to add each new member to the registry. We are committed to raising funds so that we can keep adding new members. Your gift will help save a life!
