Our exchange policy is simple,

Our goal at Jacks is your 100% satisfaction. We believe in good old fashioned service, regardless
of the size of your purchase.
And we understand that occasionally a product is defective when it arrives to you and will require
some special attention, therefore we will gladly return it for exchange.
I respectfully ask only that you be fair with us when returning products for exchange. That means
returning products to us complete and in new condition.
Our ability to bring you quality products at low prices depends on fair and honest dealings.
Incomplete or used returns have increased our costs, and I regret that returns will only be
processed if the instructions on this page are followed.

All exchanges:
Must be authorized by Jacks Small Engines before return. Call us at 410-692-6300.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. No returns
after 30 days will be accepted.
Engines are NOT returnable.
Special order items(NOT ADVERTISED ON OUR WEB SITE), engines,
short blocks, decks, accessories, etc., are not returnable. Call for
authorization.
Merchandise items must be in new condition, within its undamaged original packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.. SPECIAL
ORDER ITEMS, NOT ORDERED VIA OUR ADVERTISED ITEMS ON OUR WEB PAGE, PART NUMBERS FROM OWNERS
MANUALS OR THE ONLINE DATA BASE ARE NOT RETURN ABLE.
RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE.
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY E-MAIL.
Sorry but we can not accept any returned electrical merchandise. Industry Standard. We also CANNOT
accept returns of Gaskets, Seals & Electrical Items.
