SNOW REMOVAL TOOL. WHILE ONE LOCAL DEALER DID TAKE MY PHONE NUMBER DOWN, HE TOLD ME IT WAS ORDERED, I HAVE BEEN BACK TO THAT DEALER 4
TIMES WITH NO ANSWER EXCEPT I WILL CHECK ON IT. UPON A SEARCH ON THE INTERNET, A COMPANY NAMED JACKS SMALL ENGINES CAMEUP. IT OFFERED
ME A PLACE ON THE WEB SITE TO LOOK UP THE PART NUMBER BY SIMPLY CLICKING ON MY MODEL SNOWBLOWER. TO MY AMAZEMENT, AFTER CALLING JACKS, I
SPOKE TO A PERSON NAMED KAREN WHO PROMPLY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD PLENTY OF CABLES IN STOCK. KAREN IS ONE OF THE MOST COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL
PERSONS THAT I HAD TO EVER DEAL WITH. UPON GIVING KAREN SOME SIMPLE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS, SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD GET THIS RIGHT OUT

I just received the small order I bought from you. I thank you. Let me take a moment, if any ...
Linda and I did not do Christmas this year. We agreed to not buy each other presents. Seemed odd to to do so when our
soldiers are overseas fighting for our freedom, and they can't have a Christmas.
So in respect to them, we did nothing for Christmas.
However, my father-in-law knew I needed a tiller, so he gave me an old beat-up Merry Tiller that he had out back. It totally
delighted me!
Already, I have rebuilt the Briggs and Stratton and cleaned it up, and all I needed was the axle oil seals. I found your website
on the Internet and bought them. THAT was the cream on top of my Christmas cake. You shipped exactly what I ordered on a very
timely basis.
It's snowing here in Seattle area today, but I'm out and about and ready to install those seals.
I know you get a lot of feedback when and if things go wrong, but this went perfectly right ... and I wanted to let you know
that sometimes it's the little things - like a five-dollar oil seal and good service that can totally make someone's day.
